As a result of three hours discussion and the voting the Jury has awarded the first prize and US$15,000 to Vladimir Tsivin and Felix Romanovsky. The Jury proposed the team of authors to proceed with their job over the project in line with the propagation of a chosen artistic concept on the territory of a historical center of Saint-Petersburg using an idea connected with the display of Brodsky’s texts on the streets of the city.
